Nambé Introduces a Sterling Silver Jewelry Line at Macy’s
By Alison Blackman
I can’t walk through Macy’s flagship store on 34th Street in New York without picking up a little something from their huge jewelry department. There is just so much to choose from from glittery gold to affordable costume “bling.”
Recently, I was introduced to a new jewelry collection called Nambé that is exclusive to Macy’s. Now I am seriously going to be hooked as a collector.
These pieces are show-stoppers. But the surprise is that they look like they should cost a whole lot more since they are solid sterling silver pieces in original designs.

All the Nambé jewelry pieces are crafted by an artist in New Mexico with prices ranging from just $120 to $550.
What I didn’t realize until I talked to representatives of Nambé at the launch event, was that the jewelry line is part of the same company that (for 65 years) has been known for lovely home, decor and dinnerwear pieces. Their pieces have been exhibited in the British Museum in London to the Museum of Modern Art in New York. That’s impressive!
So now we all know!
I love this Nambé Sterling Silver Twist Cuff Bracelet ($225). It is substantial but designed to be wearable. It’s hollowed out in the middle so it’s not uncomfortable on your wrist. I can even type all day with this bracelet on (try that with most heavy cuffs–uh, no)!
Check out some of my photos of just a few of the new and exclusive pieces available at Macy’s.
Which are your favorites?
I don’t know if every piece in the Nambé collection will be available in every Macy’s store, but a lot of the pieces are available at Macys Online. These are going to make great holiday gifts and a “little something” to make your own holiday style, shine!
