I have the flu and I should be in bed, but who can rest, when JK Jemma Kidd’s in the house? Seriously! I just got the Jk CIty Chic Lip Kit $22.00 from Jemma Kidd?
The photo is terrible, I apologize for that, but the first thing you notice, right away, is that the matte, black outer carton has hot pink “Japanese” inspired graphics, delicate flowers that look like they were made with a spiro-tot or fine line quill pen. Inside is another beautiful surprise: a slim, black case that has the same, hot pink design. If the case was longer, I’d assume it was one of those pricey, chopstick cases I saw in Tokyo. But when you press on the right spot, the case flips open to reveal a long, slim mirror on one side, and on the other, a Jemma Kidd Classic Couture Lipstick in “Minx” and four lip glosses from the Air Kiss Shine Lip Gloss collections (including “Strip;” “Sassy:” and “Hotspot” plus an exclusive lip gloss called: “Hotspot.” There is also a double-sided lip brush, nestled into it’s own little well near the lip colors. Although the compact and packaging features hot pink as the main attraction, the color of the moment is, apparently, “honeysuckle” (pink, but with a touch of orange or peach or apricot). All of the colors in this collection are pink with a warm tint, but hardly the type of harsh orange or bright apricot I saw on runways. These colors are”just peachy” and wearable, ladies!
And the colors don’t just look good, they cover well, add shine, feel good….Jemma Kidd knows what she’s doing — don’t let the inexpensive price, fool you. This chic lip kit made my day and I know it will make yours, too.
Best of all, it is now March, and that means this JK Jemma Kidd City Chic Lip Kit is now at Target!
