Not Everything That Glitters is Gold But Mark WIll Make You Feel LIke A Million

There is an old saying: “not everything that glitters, is gold.”  However, in today’s world, you don’t have to spend a Midas amount of money, to get fashionable accessories that will make you look like a million. MARK has been one of those companies that has always impressed me with its fun, user-friendly and trendy cosmetics, but MARK has something else that has made me a real fan: affordable, chic, fashion accessories.  If you want to “glitter” you don’t need gold, just trendy, good quality, pieces that help pull a look together, or add a bit of sparkle or pizazz when you want it. None of the pieces I’ve selected to review below cost more than $30.00.  The low cost is sure to get your attention, but what will win you over are the designs and the quality. Inexpensive isn’t the main reason to buy–fashion, is!  Which pieces below will you be adding to your favorites?
for just $12.00 you can have these MARK “Bring on the Rings”  hammered, double hoops in burnished silver or burnished brass double hoops. The linked chain “dangles” make these edgy, but still sexy.
A statement bracelet is a must have for Spring. It’s just the thing to make any outfit come alive. I saw a cuff that was similar to this MARK “Bent Out of Shape” one, it was made of gold, and studded with gemstones.  Believe me, it was not the mere $14.00 of this one –but the design was very similar. This cuff comes in distressed brass or silver, and while it looks substantial, it is very lightweight, so it’s actually comfortable on your arm.The nubby, hammered surface catches the light.  The cross-crossed loops look bold, but still delicate,  and the scalloped the edges add a feminine touch.
.Who doesn’t love a fun and unique ring? This one is the  Feather Knuckle Duster Ring from Meredith Kahn for Mark. is just $14.00 however. That’s insane!  Meredith Kahn is the founder of the hip jewelry line Made Her Think, known for edgy and unexpected pieces. Her 4-piece collection for MARK features reinterpretations of some of her bestsellers! This ring (in silver or gold toned) looks so pretty on your finger, as if a feather truly just gently landed there! The pearl and tiny, sparkling crystals, add a sweet touch. There is also a jet necklace with a matching feather detail I’m kind of mad for these $14.00 Tower Earrings from Meredith Kahn, too.  The sparkling balls with long dangles glitter when you move and look particularly lovely with a dressy updo.
Every Spring, my mom would take my sister and I shopping, and we’d buy new Spring coats, new shoes, and new handbags.  It was so exciting to switch over from the “Winter” to “Spring” items!  A new handbag can make you feel special and to be sure, a great one can be a real fashion statement. But handbags, generally, are investment items and they’re expensive. So I was so  excited to find two from MARK (one small for clubbing, one large enough to stuff with more than essentials) that are fashion statements and they’re super-affordable.
Studs can sometimes look too tough or “biker” for my taste, but on this black,  mini-pouch by MARK, they are just plain fun.  The bag looks like fine black leather, but it’s faux, of course, A  long strap is meant to be worn cross-body; while rows of pewter-ish stucks add just enough punk to look modern.  The bag is 5 1/2″ L x 1 1/2″ W x 5″ H (27″ handle drop) . A girly touch is the surprise of hot pink fabric lining the interior. The bag closes with a single, silvery, magnetic snap. While you won’t be able to pack a week’s worth of “stuff” in this bag, it is perfect for going out dancing or when you’re on vacation and you don’t want to carry a big bag at night.  Petite doesn’t mean puny, however. You’ll still be able to stuff in keys, wallet, phone, lipgloss…

Make a big impression with a big bag!  $30.00 nets you the “Squared Away” bag from MARK that truly looks like it is a pricey, designer original.  Black, distressed pleather bag looks and feels convincingly like the real thing.  I love the gold, zippered pockets on the front, great for cell phone or whatever things you need to get to, quickly. Inside, the fully fabric lined bag has a middle zippered pocket, and two pouch pockets on the side. A single magnetic snap closure keeps the bag closed, and two additional snaps on the sides open up to expand this bag nearly into an overnight tote.  Gold button feet and gold toned hardware add allure. I love this bag! If it cost triple this much, I’d still buy it. Wish it came in a rainbow of colors!

Shop MARK now or shop through one of MARK’s representatives (or even better, sell it yourself and make some money)
