Every now and then you find something so small and yet so clever, you can’t believe your eyes.
At a Consumer Products Showcase not too long ago, I spied a display that really was eye-catching.The entire display was one of lighting, and everything was
The entire display from Flipo Products had various types of candles and lights, blinking, twinkling, different colors as though it was already the holidays.
I mentioned the Solare flameless candles from Flipo as great alternative to traditional candles in my How to Have an Awesome Spa Night At Home Essential Products Review Article….
…..but another small item captivated me…a little clip-on LED light called SafeSteps LED Clip On Shoe Lights for Runners ($8.99)
The SafeStep lights operate on n 2 C- R2016 Lithium batteries (included and installed) and they’re ready to clip on your shoe or shoes and wear immediately.
They’ll blink for up to 60 hours or give off a steady light for 35 hours.
You Don’t Have To Be A Runner:
Obviously, these are great for people who feel they must run or job when the sun goes down, but they’re also great for bikers, hikers, and just anyone who walks at night.
With 6 colors, you can mix and match them (I kind of like the idea of red and green — like channel markers) or use the colors that make a fashion statement.
But the key thing about these little LED lights is that they are really bright and highly visible.
If you walk your dog at night. If you have children with you after dark. For camping. If you can’t see well in the dark.
You need to know how important it is that you can be seen.
The SafeSteps Light clips are weather resistant .and also clip to the back of the heel of your shoe snugly. They won’t fall off your sneakers or shoes, but they also won’t damage them.
They just open like a clam shell and clip to the back of the heel of your shoe snugly. They won’t fall off your sneakers or shoes, but they also won’t damage them.
I’ve even worn mine as bracelets. Consider how much fun these would be at a concert or festival in the dark.
You can clip one to your pet’s leash or put it on your purse, tote, in your hair on a bun…on a hat….There are so many things you can do with these!
