The Thrill of the Chill is Morgan Taylor and Gelish Mini’s Winter 2018 collection, and it’s sizzling hot!
Thrill of the Chill is truly a “gem” of a collection featuring 6 wearable shades inspired by precious and semi-precious gems.
When it’s cold and you’re covered up for Winter, just changing your nail polish can brighten your day!
Thrill Of The Chill!
The creme formula colors of wine, gray, navy, maroon and eggshell slide on beautifully opaque with Morgan Taylor’s wide, ergonomically designed applicator brush. They’ll be great for nail art as well.
The collection hasone exception: “Ice Cold Gold” is is a specialty top coat featuring a clear base packed with gold glitter or varying sizes and shapes.
Dust the top of any of the other colors with “Ice Cold Gold” and beautiful things emerge:
While we usually favor the deep reds and maroons for Winter, our favorite look was unexpected: the eggshell polish “My Main Freeze” with the specialty “Ice Cold Gold” topcoat. As it caught the light, it reminded us of a first snowfall glittering under the street lights.
But we also really liked the fresh look of the rich medium purple: “Don’t Let The Frost Bite!” It’s velvety and fun way to wear purple (with or without the specialty top coat).
We were able to coat our nails in two easy, one-swipe, fast drying coats. Good also to know that Morgan Taylor Nail Polish doesn’t contain any Formaldehyde, Phthalate (DBP), Toluene.
Gelish mini are cured with an LED lamp in 30 seconds or in two minutes in traditional UV lamps, just like gels. You have to soak the polish off (takes about 15 minutes), but it lasts on nails for three weeks!
